Chairman's Report

Our membership as on 27th^th June 2016 was 818, a net gain of 21 since last year same time. We now have members from 92 countries, in 690 clubs in 294 districts. We hope to expand this coverage and increase the membership substantially during the forthcoming year.

We shared a booth with 7 others fellowships at the RIBI Convention in UK, in April 2016. We distributed a flyer from this booth and that has generated some enquiries for membership and some members as well.

We keep our members engaged through our website, web forum and newsletters. Though there is much interaction taking place on the websites, we want to peak this in the coming years. Every member activity online is recorded and the data is used to study the Engagement patterns of our members and plan activities accordingly.

Another upcoming activity is the publishing of the newsletter called ICUFR DIGEST for June 2016, which is under preparation. A Roster of Members as on 30^th June 2016 also will be ready by that time.

I wish to take this opportunity to thank my current Board of Directors – Secretary Jawad Shami , Treasurer Roger Siddle, Directors Dave Flinn, Carl Cardey and Moritz von Eckardstein for their co-operation in making this year, a most fruitful one.
