Two Proposals re this Forum

   1.  We paid our WebWiz hosts for three years when the forum moved here from Australia.  This takes us to 29 August 2016 and my first proposal is that we should renew the contract for a further period.
2.  The WebWiz forum has the facility to restrict access and visibility to specific members.  This was used for a number of years to provide a 'Board Room'.  This has not been used recently and my second proposal is that the old Board Room be deleted.

	Roger saw your proposals and since we have not used the board room since I have been here it makes sense to eliminate it. I also vote for continuing the forum.
