Proposed Articles of Incorporation

These articles for the incorporation of the ICUFR as a not for profit company limited by guarantee have been reviewed by Rotary International. RI confirms that the articles 'appear consistent with Rotary policy' and that we may proceed with the incorporation of the fellowship.
